Tiffany

This is my first oil painting as a 17 year old. I wanted to try oil painting to create portraits. I wanted it to be realistic but since its my first time, I was scared. I didnt know my style, I didnt know my technique, I didnt connect with it. or so I thought. I mixed paints, prepped the canvas, and took a fan brush.I kept stroking it working up the colors until I realized that I created something. Then I realized theat my fears were only in my head.
